Terms of service

Agreement.
By using Solar AI Employee (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by Solar AI Employee, an operating brand within the AI Employee Network.
Service scope.
Solar AI Employee provides AI-powered lead intake, qualification, follow-up, scheduling, review collection, and customer service workflows for solar installation contractors and related solar-adjacent businesses. Specific capabilities are scoped in your subscription tier.
Subscription & billing.
Subscriptions are month-to-month with flat monthly pricing. No per-call, per-minute, or usage-based charges within your tier. Billing occurs monthly on the calendar day matching your original start date. Payment is due within 10 days of invoice.
Cancellation.
You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice to hello@solaraiemployee.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle plus 30 days. Prorated refunds are not standard but we review case-by-case for genuine service issues.
Acceptable use.
The Service may not be used for: calls or messages to numbers on do-not-call lists without consent, bulk outbound cold-calling not tied to qualified inbound or opt-in leads, fraudulent or deceptive sales practices, or any activity violating telecommunications regulations in your jurisdiction (TCPA in the US, etc.).
Customer responsibility.
You are responsible for: the accuracy of information provided about your shop, compliance with local solar contracting regulations, TCPA-compliant lead opt-ins where required, honesty of the qualification scripts provided to the AI, and ensuring your CRM integrations are appropriately permissioned.
Liability & warranties.
The Service is provided as-is. We warranty operational uptime of 99.5% per month for core call-handling infrastructure. Our aggregate liability is limited to 12 months of fees paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Where a mandatory statutory warranty applies in your jurisdiction, that warranty supersedes this section.
Intellectual property.
You retain all rights to your business content, scripts, customer data, and brand assets. We retain all rights to the Service platform, underlying AI models, and the methodology. Customer-specific tuning remains available to you for the duration of your subscription.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, unless either party elects small claims court for qualifying disputes.
